A big drama has come to light recently upon the release of the song 'Did It First' by Ice Spice and Central Cee.
In the song, both rappers confess cheating on their partners, however, say there is no truth in the lyrics.
Central Cee, a British rapper, was known to have been dating Madeleine Argy ('Madz') a British influencer. Argy has said that Central had shown her his verse in the song 'Did It First', and had told her there was no meaning behind the lyrics. Argy, although suspicious, didn't argue further.
Later on the year, Central had told Argy he was hiring and influencer to lipsync to one of his older songs.
Central Cee then sent over one of his cars over to said influencer, starting yet another dating rumour.
Argy and Central had been on and off in their relationship, but had gotten back together in September 2023 out of the public's eyes.
Argy then realised he was using this influencer as part of a publicity stunt. Two days after this situation, Madeleine Argy and Central Cee had a schedueled trip to Nigeria. Argy decided that any photos of them together should not be released to the public, to avoid being a part of Central's publicity stunt, however, these photos were released.
Now here is where Ice Spice comes in. Central's song with the American rapper was to be released a few months after this trip to Nigeria.
After Argy and Central's trip to Nigeria, Central phoned Argy late at night, telling her she should remember he is still human after what is going to be released the day after.
This is when the photos of Ice Spice and Central Cee shopping together went viral.
The music video for the song Did It First was also hinting towards Central and Ice Spice being in a relationship.
This was the last direct conversation Argy had with Central.
She is frustrated to have been part of Central's scandalous publicity stunt, saying "I didn't actually get to break up with him, and he's already with the next girl!".
